Please carefully read the following balloon policy before purchasing balloons from My Bundle of Fun. By placing an order for balloons with us, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.
**1. Balloon Safety Guidelines**
1.1. Balloons can be a choking hazard. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach of children and discard broken balloons immediately.
1.2. Helium-filled balloons should be securely tied to a weight to prevent them from floating away.
1.3. Do not release helium-filled balloons outdoors, as this can pose a threat to wildlife and the environment.
1.4. Do not inhale helium directly from the balloon, as it can be harmful to health.
**2. Balloon Types and Sizes**
2.1. My Bundle of Fun offers foil balloons. Ensure you select the appropriate type for your event.
2.2. Balloon sizes are specified on the product pages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the size meets their requirements.
**3. Customization and Personalization**
3.1. My Bundle of Fun may offer customization options for balloons. Ensure that all details provided for customization, including text and color choices, are accurate at the time of ordering.
3.2. Customized or personalized balloons are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
**4. Balloon Pickup**
4.1. Balloons ordered from My Bundle of Fun are collection only.
4.2. Please collect the balloons at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for balloons once they have been picked up.
**5. Returns and Refunds**
5.1. Due to the nature of balloons, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or error on our part.
5.2. If you receive damaged or defective balloons, please contact us within 24 hours of colllecting your balloon to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Balloons should be kept at room temperature. Do not leave Balloons in the cold as they will deflate. When balloons are left in the heat they may pop as helium expands in the heat. Keep the balloons away from sharp objects, direct sunlight, radiators and open windows.
We are not responsible for balloons once they have been collected.
